Daiwa Tatula 200 Baitcasting Reel

The Daiwa Tatula 200 is a heavy-duty 200-size baitcasting reel built for oversized lures, heavier line and power-fishing techniques. Daiwa's HYPERDRIVE DESIGN, aluminum Hyper Armed Housing, T-Wing System and LC Concept deep spool give the reel the rigidity, casting control and capacity needed for swimbaits, glide baits, A-rigs, frogs and other large presentations.

The deep 38 mm A7075 spool uses Daiwa's LC Concept and Magforce braking to help anglers cast larger lures efficiently while keeping spool control manageable. With 7BB + 1RB, multiple gear ratios from 5.3:1 to 8.4:1 and both right- and left-hand configurations, the Tatula 200 can be matched to slower torque-heavy presentations or faster retrieve styles.

The 5.3:1 models are the torque-focused options for large crankbaits, slow-rolled swimbaits and other heavy presentations. The 6.3:1 models provide a balanced retrieve for general big-bait use, while the 7.3:1 and 8.4:1 versions increase line pickup for techniques where quickly recovering slack or repositioning a bait matters.

The Tatula 200 is a strong fit for glide baits, swimbaits, A-rigs, frogs, heavy jigs, pike, musky applications and other fishing where a 100-size baitcaster does not provide enough line capacity.
