Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S. Only)
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
All orders ship directly from our U.S.-based distribution partners. The following flat-rate shipping options are available for the Lower 48 States:
- Economy (2–7 business days): $9.95
- Standard (1–6 business days): $13.95
- Two Day (2 business days): $24.95
- Overnight (1 business day): $49.95
Free Shipping
Enjoy free Economy shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more shipping within the contiguous U.S.
Oversized Items
Oversized items may be subject to an additional $60.00 surcharge due to size and weight restrictions.
Order Processing
Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sdm4.business@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items
